About
Beautiful Mothers Essentials (BME) was founded in 2020 and is located in Washington DC. BME is a holistic non-profit Mothers Center, currently serving the women and families of the Washington DC area partnered with both local U.S. and international chapters.
Mission
BME’s primary mission is to provide one-on-one volunteer mentoring to all Black mothers and to Black mothers to be. BME’s secondary mission is to unapologetically inspire self awareness, care and love as her 1st priority. BME accountability partners/coaches will elevate self-respect, honor for her life and Wombman worthiness consciousness, BME accomplishes these goals primarily through its volunteer mommy mentoring coaching network and BME digital resource app which offers women free essentials and counseling with love, compassion, and empathy.
Although BME was founded to assist primarily Black women and their families, it serves all persons of the African Diaspora in need. BME services include pregnancy testing, menstrual care products, diapers, formula, mentoring, coaching, parenting classes, life skills training, sexual integrity education, fertility education, doula , midwife referrals, menopause information,and mommy moments/social networking events. All services are free and confidential and committed to Black owned and operated Momprenuers. In 2019 BME partnered with JDS/MMM serving over 200 Ghanian women providing school supplies and menstrual care products donations to over 500 students on its first Annual Mommy Mission to the Motherland return to west Africa.

The Founder
An empty nester of 3 brilliant & beautiful young people decided to turn my love inward. Maybe about the third month after my youngest was away in college, I looked myself in the mirror and made a deal with myself. F.I.T, all on self 1st. I am worthy of my very best. Pour all this I’m always searching to give away on Me first ! Unapologetically in love with my life!

B.M.E. by JDS unapologetically offers mothers Mentoring Moms, MMS, Momprenuer/Mom CFO resources, space for educational & social networking, all about her/him the African Diaspora wombman holistic well being (mind, body & spirit)
